There is no question of denying that all rapist must get harsh punishment but at the time it is necessary to prevent and secure women and and ensure that in future there is no such incident.Though 100% prevention may be impossible for the time being bot it is shame to see it daily in all parts of India in schools,home,train,bus,car,home and every where.The more we get alert on prevention it is better than punishing some one after the incident since the girl's life is spoiled and no compensation can return her honor and dignity
